Allington Manor is located in Lincolnshire, on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir and a short drive from the market towns of Grantham and Newark.

Grantham is the closest town just 5 miles away.

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
Our accommodation is only available to wedding and event guests so depending on the event you are attending, these times may change. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure.

Yes, parking for guests is complimentary and located to the front of the house.

Yes, your accommodation includes a freshly prepared cooked breakfast each morning of your stay.

No, we do not allow any pets in our guest rooms.
Well-behaved dogs of hosts can attend weddings or private occasions in the communal areas of the house and the garden.

Wheelchair access is available in the gardens and on the ground floor of the property. However, please be aware that there are several levels on this floor, including small steps and uneven surfaces such as gravel, grass and flagstone. A toilet is available on this level, though it is not a dedicated accessible toilet.
Where possible, please let us know in advance if any guests require accessible facilities so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure smooth access.

Due to the constraints of our listed Jacobean property, there is no lift access to the guest bedrooms, all of which are reached via staircase.
Please note that the Maid’s, Butler’s, and Footman’s rooms are located on the top floor and accessed by an additional steep and winding staircase, making them unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.

We provide Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Due to the constraints of our listed Jacobean property, there is no lift within the house.

Our rooms include a television, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and hot drink-making facilities, as well as ensuite shower facilities stocked with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries. Some rooms also feature free-standing roll-top baths. An iron and ironing board are also available if required.

Our rooms only include double or king size beds, with no single or twin beds.
With the addition of a travel cot or children’s Z-beds, our superior rooms can be used as family rooms.
None of our rooms are interconnecting, but some are located next to one another. Please contact us for specific requests or take a look at out Explore the manor page for details of the house layout.

Yes, we can provide a travel cot and up to two Z-beds, on request. Some of our rooms may not fit more than one additional cot or bed, so please let us know at the time of your booking or in advance of your stay. Please note that Z-beds cannot be used by adults.

We no longer take B&B room reservations that are not part of a wedding or private event booking.

We accept major credit and debit cards and cash payments.
Policies

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. We do permit smoking in a designated area in the garden and to the front of the house.

We welcome guests of all ages, but please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

There is no restaurant on site but dining and catering will be arranged in advance for weddings and private events.
A freshly prepared cooked breakfast is provided each morning for overnight guests during weddings and private events.
For other meals, there are some fantastic options in the area.
The closest place to eat is just across the village green at the Welby Arms pub.
